Welcome to Zorents, a platform operated by Zorent Technology Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services following posting will constitute your acceptance.
"Platform": The Zorents website, mobile application, and other digital interfaces.
"User": Any individual using our Services, including Tenants, Property Owners, and Brand Partners.
"Tenant": A User renting a property and using the Platform to potentially reduce rent.
"Property Owner": A User who owns or manages rental properties registered on the Platform.
"Brand Partner": Businesses partnered with us to offer products or services via the Platform.
"XPoints": Reward points earned by Tenants.
"Concierge Services": Human-assist services for errands, bookings, or other home management.
"Weekly Groceries": Pre-scheduled bulk grocery deliveries arranged via the Platform.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our Services, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Users must create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree not to share them with others. You remain responsible for activities under your account.
Zorents enables Tenants to save on rent by shopping with Brand Partners and by paying rent through the Platform. We also provide Concierge Services and Weekly Grocery delivery for convenience. While we strive to maximize savings and value, we do not guarantee specific amounts saved.
Rent payments are facilitated via UPI or payment gateway integrations. Funds are routed directly to Property Owners where applicable. We are not the merchant of record and disclaim responsibility for external payment disruptions. Tenants are responsible for ensuring timely initiation of payments.
Tenants earn XPoints by timely rent payments, purchases with Brand Partners, or through promotions. XPoints may be redeemed for rent discounts or cashback, subject to caps and validity (12 months). Points are non-transferable.
Refunds apply only to Concierge Services and Weekly Groceries, not to rent payments or point redemptions.
Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service.
Process: Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days to the original method of payment or via XPoints credit.
Exceptions: No refunds for partial service use, cancellations after initiation, or third-party partner delays (instead, credits/reschedules may apply).
Users must not misuse the Platform, engage in fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misconduct.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to Zorents. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Our Services may feature offers from Brand Partners. Transactions with Brand Partners are solely between Users and the partner. We do not guarantee their services or products.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information. Use of our Services constitutes consent to these practices.
Our Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorents shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or goodwill.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zorents and its affiliates against claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to Services without notice for violations of Terms. Users may terminate accounts by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Bengaluru, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
We may amend these Terms occasionally. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Platform or email.
